1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using the site or services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the services.

2. Who we are

Leads That Close is a lead-generation service operated by Dynamite Growth LLC, a Florida limited liability company. We generate, verify, and deliver exclusive business leads to buyers (lenders, funders, brokers, and similar businesses) on a pay-per-lead basis. We are not a lender, funder, or broker, and we do not provide financing or guarantee that any lead will fund, close, or convert.

3. Eligibility

You must be 18 years or older and authorized to act on behalf of the business you represent.

4. Description of services

Our services include:

• Generating business inquiries through advertising we build and fund ourselves
• Phone-verifying and consent-logging each lead before delivery
• Delivering leads exclusively to a single buyer, in real time, to a CRM or dialer
• Replacing out-of-spec leads under the terms of your written quote

Outcomes from any lead are dependent on many factors outside our control, including your underwriting, follow-up speed, sales process, and market conditions. Past performance is not a guarantee of future results.

5. No guarantee of outcomes

We do not guarantee any specific funding, approval, sale, revenue, ROI, contact rate, or conversion outcome from the leads we deliver. Lead buying carries risk. We commit to lead quality and the replacement terms in your quote, not to a specific result.

6. Orders, pricing & exclusivity

Pricing, volume, delivery method, and replacement terms are set in a written quote agreed before any order and paid as stated in that quote. Each lead is sold to one buyer only and is never resold or reused. If a delivered lead falls outside the specification agreed in your quote, it is replaced or credited per that quote.

7. Your responsibilities & compliant contact

You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Contact every lead we deliver in compliance with all applicable laws, including the TCPA, the Telemarketing Sales Rule, state telemarketing and Do-Not-Call laws, and the consent parameters disclosed with each lead
• Not misrepresent your business, financial position, or identity
• Use the leads and the services only for lawful purposes
• Not attempt to access systems or data outside your authorized scope

8. Intellectual property

All content on the site — including text, graphics, logos, trademarks, and software — is owned by Dynamite Growth LLC or licensed to it, and is protected by U.S. and international intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written permission.

9. Third-party platforms

Our services involve third-party advertising and software platforms (e.g., Meta, Google, CRM and messaging providers). Use of those platforms is governed by their own terms. We are not responsible for changes to third-party policies, account restrictions, or platform-imposed bans.

10. SMS communications

Program name: Leads That Close customer-care SMS program.

Program description: Transactional customer-care messages only — call confirmations and reminders for calls you schedule, follow-ups tied to your active inquiry or engagement, status updates on your leads or orders, and direct one-to-one replies to people who initiate a conversation with us. No promotional or marketing SMS.

Consent: SMS consent is collected via an unchecked opt-in checkbox on our application and contact surfaces. Affirmative opt-in is required. SMS consent is not a condition of any service, transaction, or purchase.

Message frequency: Frequency varies based on your active engagement; most contacts receive fewer than 5 messages per month.

Pricing: Message and data rates may apply per your mobile carrier’s plan.

Opt-out: Reply STOP at any time to opt out of all SMS messages.

Help: Reply HELP for help, or contact team@leadsthatclose.co.

Privacy: No mobile information, phone numbers, or SMS opt-in consent will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, excluding aggregators and providers of the text-message services themselves.

11. Disclaimers

The services and leads are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We disclaim all warranties including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

12. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dynamite Growth LLC and its officers, employees, contractors, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the services or leads. Our total cumulative liability shall not exceed the fees you paid us in the prior three (3) months, or one hundred U.S. dollars, whichever is greater.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Dynamite Growth LLC and our officers, employees, contractors, and affiliates from any claims arising from your contact with or use of the leads, your misuse of the services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right (including the TCPA and state telemarketing laws).

14. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute shall be resolved by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in court.

15. Changes

We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or notice on the site. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
