2. Information we collect

This site is a buyer-facing inquiry surface. We collect the information you voluntarily provide when you ask to buy leads, which may include:

• Name, company, email address, and phone number
• Your monthly funding volume, lead capacity, budget, and the products you fund
• Information you submit through our application, booking, or contact surfaces
• SMS opt-in consent, if you elect to receive SMS messages

We also collect limited technical information automatically: IP address, browser type, device type, pages visited, time on site, and referring URL.

4. SMS communications

If you opt in to receive SMS messages from Leads That Close, the following apply.

4.1 Consent

SMS opt-in is collected exclusively through a clearly labeled, unchecked checkbox on our application and contact surfaces. The checkbox is never pre-checked. Affirmative consent is required, and SMS consent is collected independently from any other consent and is not a condition of any service, transaction, or purchase.

4.2 Message types

SMS messages from Leads That Close are limited to customer-care messages:

• Confirmations and reminders for calls you schedule with us
• Follow-ups related to your active inquiry or engagement
• Status updates on leads or orders in your account
• Direct one-to-one replies to inquiries you initiate

We do not send promotional, marketing, or bulk SMS messages of any kind.

4.3 Frequency & costs

Message frequency varies based on your active engagement; most contacts receive fewer than 5 messages per month. Message and data rates may apply per your mobile carrier’s plan.

4.4 Opt-out & help

Reply STOP at any time to opt out of all SMS messages from Leads That Close. Reply HELP for help, or contact team@leadsthatclose.co.

4.5 Sharing of SMS consent

No mobile information, phone numbers, or SMS opt-in consent will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, excluding aggregators and providers of the text-message services themselves.

5. When we share information

We share the information you provide on this site only in these limited circumstances:

5.1 With service providers. We use limited third-party providers (e.g., hosting, CRM, communication, and analytics tools) who process information on our behalf under written confidentiality and data-protection agreements. They have no right to use your data for their own purposes.

5.2 As required by law. We may disclose information if required by valid legal process or to protect our legal rights.

6. About the leads we sell

Leads That Close’s business is generating business inquiries through our own advertising and delivering them, on an exclusive basis, to vetted business buyers (lenders, funders, brokers). Those consumer and merchant leads are collected on separate, consumer-facing surfaces under their own express written consent and TCPA disclosures that authorize contact by the buyer who receives the lead. This Privacy Policy governs the information you provide on this site as a prospective buyer, which is never resold.

7. Data security

We use commercially reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including encryption in transit, access controls, and secure storage. No system is one hundred percent secure, but we take security seriously and review our practices regularly.
