SMS Communications Terms

1. Program name

Leads That Close customer-care SMS program.

2. Program description

Leads That Close sends customer-care SMS messages only — operational communications related to your engagement with us as a prospective or active buyer:

• Confirmations and reminders for calls you schedule with us
• Follow-ups related to your active inquiry or engagement
• Status updates on leads or orders in your account
• Direct one-to-one replies to inquiries you initiate via our application or contact surfaces

We do not send promotional, marketing, or bulk SMS messages of any kind. SMS consent is not combined with any other consent and is never shared with third parties.

3. Consent

SMS opt-in is collected exclusively through a clearly labeled, unchecked checkbox on our application and contact surfaces. The checkbox is never pre-checked. Affirmative consent is required.

SMS consent is collected independently from any other form of consent. SMS consent is not a condition of any service, transaction, or purchase.

4. Message frequency

Message frequency varies depending on your active engagement. Most contacts receive fewer than 5 messages per month.

5. Costs

Message and data rates may apply per your mobile carrier’s plan.

6. Opt-out

Reply STOP at any time to opt out of all SMS messages from Leads That Close. You will receive a one-time confirmation of your opt-out. After that, no further messages will be sent.

Single-word replies of STOP, STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, or QUIT all trigger opt-out. To resume receiving messages after opting out, reply START, YES, or UNSTOP.

8. Privacy

No mobile information, phone numbers, or SMS opt-in consent will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, excluding aggregators and providers of the text-message services themselves.

9. Carriers

Supported carriers include AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon Wireless, U.S. Cellular, and most U.S. carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

10. Changes

We may update these SMS Terms from time to time. The effective date above will reflect any changes. Material changes will be communicated via SMS notice prior to taking effect, and you may opt out at any time by replying STOP.
